EnBase improves plasmid preparation yields
EnPresso and EnBase Flo increase the cell biomass in cultivations and allow for the increased yield of plasmid.
In these experiments, cultivation of DH5a was performed in EnPresso, EnBase Flo, LB and media X. All four media were cultures in Ultra Yield Flasks with AirOtop Enhanced Seals.
EnBase technology:
- Can be applied in small volumes from shake flasks to microwell plates
- Up to 60 mg/L of plasmid using EnPresso and Ultra Yield Shake Flasks
- Up to 20 micrograms of plasmid per well using EnBase Flo in 96-deepwell plates
- Can be implemented into a high throughput process for high plasmid yield
- Enables the advantage of cultivating and processing smaller volumes of media
