1. EnBase kit delivered to you anywhere in the world within three days
   
2. Prepare sample by taking directly from plate or glycerol stock
   
3. Check cultivation conditions and strain characteristics
   
4. Make EnBase biocatalyst dilution
   
5. Fill outermost wells with sterile H20
   
6. Add biocatalyst and inoculum to the medium
   
7. Pipette 150 μl of broth to the wells
   
8. Start cultivation in a shaken incubator
   
9. Harvest bacteria at high cell density
