High protein yield with EnBase in shake flasks: Why EnBase
Cells derived from traditional batch shake flasks typically only have a low cell density, this presents a consistant problem where a large protein yield is required. When using EnBase the volume of pre-culture can be reduced dramatically and the output harvest is still realised. There is an additional benefit of having a broad time frame to induce and harvest growing cells due to the extended linear growth phase present when using the EnBase medium.
