Using EnBase for automation: Why EnBase

To obtain sufficent cell culture material, traditionally shake flasks have been an essential starting base for many researchers. With the advent of the EnBase technology enhanced cell density and protein yield results can be easily obtained in a standard plated format and thus combined with existing automated processes. Many different plate formats can be used with the EnBase media technology giving the customer new freedom in automated microbial cell culture & protein production. All EnBase kits contain a designated number of plates, media, either Liquid Flo product or Gel Based product and complex Booster compounds to aid cell growth & protein production at induction.
